I didn't get time to read the entire thread by melas the other day. What I couldn't help but think though, is that the real problem he/she/it had with FR is the fact that over the years, too many people on FR (in the opinion of some) are no longer knee-jerk JBT lickers. A lot of people have seen that police aren't necessarily their friends, or have the best interests of the citizens in mind.
The recent threads about cops in NY freaking out because they werent exempted by the law passed prohibiting us peasants from having more than a 7-round magazine come to mind
