The inability of women in rural Egypt to clean their breasts is causing a diarrhoea epidemic, according to the country's Prime Minister Hisham Qandil.
Qandil was speaking about the spate of recent epidemics in Egypt's rural communities. During the address, he said he had witnessed children suffering from diarrhoea immediately after they have been breastfed because their mothers were unable to clean themselves probably.

I would think that those are two things that there’d be a number of volunteers to help clean.
Over here in America, in most cases, if a woman asked me to help clean her rack, I’d probably volunteer.

There was a village in some stone age muslim country that had zero population growth. It enlisted the help of some medical personel who were at another village nearby.
The solution: start having vaginal sex. Still not sure if the habitants were able to be convinced that a) anal sex was dirtier and b) vaginal sex is the only way for conception to occur.
Seems to me that this subset has set back their ability to evolve by sending one of their brightest and most intelligence into space, never to return alive thus depriving their gene pool of necessary IQ points.

There is no doubt that the wide spread tradition of first cousin marriages among Muslims has harmed the gene pool among Muslims. Because Muslims’ religious beliefs prohibit marrying non-Muslims and thus prevents them from adding fresh genetic material to their population, the genetic damage done to their gene pool since their prophet allowed first cousin marriages 1,400 years ago are most likely massive.
