Police: Couple in Altamonte Used 20 fake IDs, Some With Misspellings (Organ Domer)

A man and a woman were arrested on charges of trying to purchase iPhone 5s at an Apple store in the Altamonte Springs Mall, using fake IDs, officials said.

However, investigators said it took them quite some time to finally figure out the couples’ real names because they were caught with nearly two-dozen different IDs. The two were booked into the Seminole County Jail as John and Jane Doe, authorities said. On Thursday, police determined “Jane” was actually Marie Alpania Lozeille and “John” was Willy Lucien.

“Even though they're not really wanting to cooperate, we still have enough evidence to charge them,” said Robert Pelton of the Altamonte Springs Police Department. Police said when the couple tried to pay for the phones the manager noticed something was wrong with the woman's ID. The manager told police the name she signed on the receipt didn't match what was written on the ID, and the state name, Louisiana, was misspelled.

“Management there immediately noticed something was wrong, something was wrong with these driver's licenses,” said Pelton.

Altamonte Springs police said they found 20 ID cards in her purse with fake credit cards to match.

Police said Lozeille was trying to use IDs with Lucien’s picture on them instead of her own.

If that wasn't enough, some of the IDs stated she was an organ "domer" instead of donor and one ID from the state of Louisiana had the state name misspelled, too, police said.

Lozeille is being held on $10,000 bond, while Lucien's bond was set at $2,500.

Neither suspect is allowed to have contact with each other and cannot return to the Altamonte Mall. Both also have to surrender their passports.

Lucien is being held on $2,500 bond. He, too, is not allowed to have contact with his co-defendant, cannot return to the Altamonte Mall and has to surrender his passport.

>>> “Even though they're not really wanting to cooperate, .....” said Robert Pelton of the Altamonte Springs Police Department.

“are not really wanting to”, when I learned English years and years ago, I was taught either you want something or you do not, there is no ‘wanting’ in the process.

But that aside, is there any one perp out there “wanting to cooperate” ???

Inquiring mind wants to know: Haitian, or French-surnamed African-American? Guessing American, by the faces.

It seems like the majority of credit-card fraud schemes are perpetuated by immigrants - just this week a major one by a Pakistani network.

Of course banking and Wall Street fraud is pretty much 100% American, and costs a whole lot more - but they’re costing ordinary working Americans from both sides - the low lifes and the elite.
