Aside from the permanent disfigurement of these tats and piercngs...I have heard it hurts!!

There is a tattoo parlor in a neighboring town. The tat artist’s truck is plastered with advertisements (surprise, surprise). One says...Does getting a tattoo hurt? Hell yes!!

I’m just not into pain...it hurts so much. And besides what happens if I were to tire of the illustrations?

I once stepped off the London Underground and saw a bum sitting on the pavement with his hand held out, begging. He had the same thing tattooed on his forehead.

I didn't give him anything, and I don't think anyone else did, either.

“Why would anyone want to look like this?”.....

I have wondered that myself for quite a while. It could be the “LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME” that we see a lot, but beyond the green or blue hair. These people don’t have anything else going for them to make people look at them, like a talent, charm, personality or a brain.

It is either that or a self loathing beyond anything a normal person can imagine.
