The best argument for adopting the district system is that voter fraud is confined to the district where it occurs plus possibly the two at large state electors, not entire states with large blocks of electoral votes.

Can’t we just organize a migration of Conceratives to these districts?

California is a beautiful place to live.... especially with more conseratives!
