I am a citizen and somehow managed to go 40 years without getting an aggrivated felony. Is it too much to ask them to behave and not commit crimes at least?

Makes sense. If the lawyer screwed up in advising them not to lie and hide their records (a breach of ethics in itself), they should sue the lawyer. The US public shouldn't give them a free pass to the front of the immigration line.
In my own life, if my lawyer screws up, no one else except possibly him is going to make good.

Speaking of the right to have a competent lawyer, at least four of the justices are not competent lawyers, so what about WE THE PEOPLE ~ don’t we have a right to have competent lawyers on the bench?

Any little deportation helps. Bye Bye!

It’s about time! Now who is going to find these thousands like her, and how do we force them to leave? It’s not like ICE will do it.
As for the decision by SCOTUS what immigrant (legal or illegal) doesn’t know committing crimes will get you deported - especially a FELONY!? Heck, that’s like basic knowledge isn’t it? Besides, whatever happened to ignorance of the law not being an excuse?

In 1998, she admitted to receiving $1,200 from an insurance company for having falsely claimed to have been injured in an auto accident. The scheme, run by her son and others, netted $26,000, the government said.Good riddance to this stinking scumbag.
