She pretty much told me that I was pissing into the wind as far as she was concerned.

I got a canned response from my liberal senator so I called her office and told the staffer what I was following up about, and that I was as serious as a heart attack. I promised that if she voted away ANY of my constitutional rights, ESPECIALLY the 2nd Amendment, I would devote all I had to make sure her tail would be kicked out in the next election, and I would support any opposition she might face in the future, even if it were for dog catcher.
