Paul Bearer -- the spooky WWE manager who helped introduce The Undertaker -- died Tuesday evening at the age of 58 ... this according to the WWE.
Bearer -- real name "Bill" Moody -- joined the WWE in 1990 ... playing the role of a creepy funeral director who managed various wrestling stars ... including Undertaker, Kane, Rick Rude, Vader and Mankind.
The details surrounding Bearer's death are unclear -- but he reportedly suffered from serious health problems over the past decade ... including morbid obesity and gallbladder issues.

I grew up watching the Psul Bearer and the Undertaker when I was a wee kid. Even the time when he was known as the “phenom” that scared Hogan before he jumped to WCW. RIP Paul..
Very sad news indeed, will never forget when he introduced us all to the Undertaker and of course Kane..so young too, RIP

Well, I’ve been watching our own dictatorial fagboy for five years now and he appears to be the most work adverse person to ever hold that job that he stole.
He seems to have some pretty definite ideas about what other people should be doing and most of that looks like it involves a kow-tow.
Paul epitomized the golden era of WWF. It used to be insanely funny and entertaining, he was a big part of that. Skulking beside the ring betraying those who misjudged him.
He also went under the pseudonym Percy Pringle. Believe it or not, Mr. Moody really was a licensed funeral director! Rest...in...Peace
