I don't know when it all started but I think the idea of supermarkets having shrink-wrapped rotisserie chicken leg quarters under heat lamps is a GREAT idea!
If they weren't so messy to eat, warmed rotisserie chicken leg quarters would be the PERFECT food. I know they have breast meat also but for me, that meat is too dry and it makes me thirsty. I much rather have the greasy dark meat that is contained in legs and thighs.
