Today being St. Patrick's Day, what better pick for today's feature could there be than this one?

“Danagher, you take the man’s hand or I’ll read yer name in the Mass on Sunday!”
“I’d join the Church of England first!”
“As if they’d have you.”
***************
“He’ll regret it to his dying day...if ever he lives that long.”

This film is FULL of great lines.

Yep. I think it was Cubby Broccoli’s wife who saw the film and she responded very positively to Connery and thought he should audition for the Bond role. The rest, as they say, is motion picture history.

In that same interview he mentioned dining with Connery. When they got the bill, Sean told him that when he was a kid in Scotland, his entire family could have lived for a month with that amount of money.

I think he actually says “I’d join the Church of Ireland first!”

I have most of John Wayne s movies and have hundreds of others but watch the quit man more than any of them.

It took Wayne a long time to get to the top but once he got there he stayed a long time.
