Kansas City’s new motto: “Not as bad as Detroit!”
The Mayor took it pretty smooth. He did not look the least bit scared or flustered. He must be use to dealing with hot heads.
Anyone care to summarize for those of us who can’t or don’t wish to view YouTube?
The heckler was supposed to announce that he is running for mayor after he gets out of jail. I saw his “campaign spokesman” interviewed on the local news.
Not much to see, the heckler knocks over a flag on his way to the microphone, he starts to talk (a word was beeped out), and then he is drug off by security with his arms flailing about. He may have been taking swings.
I don’t know anything about the politics of Kansas City Mayor Sly James, but regardless, the Mayor’s security team should catch hell for this. Had the man been intent on doing harm to the mayor, this could have turned out to have much more serious consequences.
The mayor was on a stage giving a “State of the City” speech. His security was there, but standing in the wings. They were on the guy within seconds and subdued him. They mayor himself said he had nothing but praise for his security staff and that there wasn’t anything they could have done differently.
Looked like your typical ghetto meeting to me.
The language was typically ghetto.
A man from the ghetto speaking ghetto. We see more and more of it daily. Not just from the ghetto but from Capitol Hill.
Like the morals of the country the language has gone downhill too.
Words that are said in front of women today would have brought out yesterdays gentlemen to fight whoever said them.
Worse: Todays women use them as quickly as bad ,ill-mannered men.
The polite society of Ladies and gentlemen of the 50’s are as dead as the gallantry of Gone With the Wind.

This one event totally encapsulates the problems America faces, and the collapse of Western civilization writ large. If you note, the heckler tears down the flag, which represents the tearing down of all the conventions we have lived under since time immemorial. While meaning well, he tears down morality, civilization, and order. The very fact we even call him a heckler is bad, since he merely represents the angry masses who no longer have a voice. The Security forces jumping him represent the overwhelming, shock-and-awe Police State now in place in America today, and the bow-tied Mayor — looking so officious — represents the moneyed, privileged class of Agenda-21-Embracing elitists who wish to see 95% of mankind killed outright.
