There will be some media who hype his play for a few games and if the hype is deserved, he will continue to receive media attention. A few too many fumbles, interceptions, missed tackles, missed field goals and he will be forgotten. I disagree. It won't matter to the media what he does on the field. All that will matter to them is what he does off the field. He will become their poster child and they won't let the story drop anytime soon.
I think we agree what the reaction of most fans, players and coaches is likely to be.

Can I talk about it with Natalie Gulbis?

Perhaps, but in the NFL, if you do not perform well, you will be cut from the team.
And if he is not on an NFL team, there will be no story.

I was sick of the gay agenda a few years ago. Now I am almost in tears. With Roberts on SC he will surely vote for it. They won’t stop there. The left never stops.
This player will be the medias golden child. He will be help up as a pure hero.

More pro-sodomy BS.
The media and Obama (but I repeat myself) sure have been working overtime shoving sodomy down our throats in the weeks leading up to the SCOTUS hearings.

And if he is not on an NFL team, there will be no story. Seriously? If he gets cut after coming out, even if he stinks up the place with his play, it will be a bigger story than his coming out was.
To: Mr. K
It’s what defines me. I have no goals or other interests. 100% vagina 100% of the time.

Yes, and that is why there are not much media attention given to Billy Bean.

In that instance, we can talk about it together.

If one does, it’s not going to be a third string special teams player. It better be a big name, because if not, he’ll be cut really quickly.
There’s 52 men on a NFL roster. And to be honest, 42 of them are easily replaceable. Matter of fact, there’s a line a mile long waiting to take their place. And a new crop of recruits come around every year.
NFL=Not For Long
If you come out, it’s going to be a Terrel Owens type distraction from your team. And the entire team is going to blame you. So if you do come out, you better be irreplaceable.
To: Red Badger
and after doing so, the player would attempt to continue his career. Good luck with that.
