State Rep. Joe Mitchell, D-Mobile, had an outlandish exchange via email with a Jefferson County man who asked him and other lawmakers not to pass any laws that would restrict gun ownership.
Eddie Maxwell sent a mass email to state legislators at 10:54 p.m. on Jan. 27, warning them that even attempting to introduce a gun control bill was, in his opinion, a violation of state law.
Mitchell responded from his public, ALHouse.gov email account at 11:59 p.m., telling Maxwell: Your folk never used all this sheit (sic) to protect my folk from your slave-holding, murdering, adulterous, baby-raping, incestuous, snaggle-toothed, backward-a**ed, inbreed (sic), imported criminal-minded kin folk.

I guess he forgot about the Civil War in which a whole lot of white people gave their lives to free his sorry ancestors.
Yep lets send his sorry ass a bill for every day of freedom his family has enjoyed.
Oh the irony. The slave owners and Southern politicians who wanted to enact gun control to keep guns out of the hands of blacks were all Democrats.
We’re working on it. Anything I can do to help you do the same in your state?
2)If this guy's against adultery, baby-raping, and incest, why does he support "gay marriage?"
3)If he defends the right of Black folks to own guns, more power to him. Apparently he's not for gun control after all.
“He didn’t show up.”
Well, in that case, you won by default :)
Give people a token ______ in the White House, and some of them get downright uppity.
“Damn, This dude my just give Maxine Waters a run for the Dumbest liberal democrat Douchebag in congress.”
At least he would if he were a member of Congress. He’s a state rep according to the article.

AH YES, my bad,,.. A better comparison would have been with our State rep Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Houston. A true Summers eve’r if there ever was.
I live in a formerly Grey but now “blue” state and my rural county is about 50:50 black-white. I bet Alabama State Rep. Joe Mitchell does fairly represent his ethnic group and district and ain’t going nowhere. Most of us pigment challenged Southerners already know about that revolting attitude (and so do some of our liberal Yankee cousins). I bet our antebellum ancestors warned Lincoln about that. Today, the “blue” state Neo-Lincoln is their gushing cheerleader. God forbid that if that Racist Balloon ever goes up (like it happened all over Africa): where they are the majority, they may prevail for awhile; but nationally, they are 13% of the population and this will end badly for them (as it did for my ancestors on 9Apr1865 at Appomattox after having stupidly fired on Fort Sumter on 12Apr1861). I know Obama listens to his demons, but my advice to him and his minions: be careful what you wish for; count your blessings and don’t make us have to play Cowboys & Blacks.
“The Alabama House leader says a black lawmaker will not face punishment for referring in an email to a white constituent’s ancestors as incestuous slave owners.
Republican House Speaker Mike Hubbard said Thursday that neither he nor most other legislators share the views that Democratic Rep. Joseph Mitchell of Mobile expressed in the email to a Jefferson County man. But Hubbard said Mitchell has free speech rights” http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/ala-rep-shocks-colleagues-racial-remarks-18832085

It tells you a lot about the political world we're in when this kind of rhetoric from blacks about whites doesn't even raise an eyebrow. Can you imagine the reaction if the tables were turned and some visible white politician called blacks "gang banging crackheads" or something along those lines?
The whole "civil rights" movement was never about justice or equality before the law. It was and still is about revenge.
Just heard on the news that this cracker hater will receive no censure or punishment - he is, after all, a protected minority.
8~)
Yep, see my post #29. If that had been a Republcan saying something even remotely like that, he would have at least been censored.
Sorry, post #30. Another thing, when he said that blacks should arm up first (post #1) is that still considered freedom of speech? Everything to me sounds like inciting violence and abuse of power.
