You got that right. I’m a big NASCAR fan. It really ticks me off that NASCAR actually ENCOURAGEs the commie libs to come in and wreck the sport. I used to buy a lot of country CDs. Now, the only CDs I buy are the old ones in the bargain bins and anything Toby Keith puts out. I know Toby says he’s a DemocRAT. He just doesn’t act like one.

I think Country music started its downward spiral into liberalism when Johnny Cash started to emphasize "social justice" in the 60s. There was still some good, politically-incorrect music being produced during that era, notably Guy Drake's classic, Welfare Cadillac.
