That one site said Kim hasn’t been seen in 2 weeks. If they decided to use a nuclear bomb I could definitely see him skipping out of North Korea before hand.. knowing the response would wipe his country out.

So...don’t count on the AP for unbiased NK news.

One thing to be reminded is that they have been frequently featuring dialogs line, neglecting to consider that NK regime can be only maintained in sealed environment with occasional external crisis. The conflict can only end if NK takes over entire SK, and Kim Dynasty acquires legitimacy to rule over the entire Korea for a long time.
