I’m not digging what he is saying on this, but I’m not seeing him as a full amnesty guy either.
I guess it depends on what you say amnesty is. He said no citizenship, no benefits, and long wait for green card. That’s not so bad (unless he’s lying, and that’s a whole different issue).
He moved border security down the list - NOT ACCEPTABLE.
He also said the status quo is de facto amnesty, which is about close to the truth. I mean, if nothing is done, we do have de facto amnesty.
He’s not Ted Cruz on this issue...but he’s not Chuck Schumer either.

Rubio sounds slick and smarmy as a snake. "no amnesty, the protection and sealing of the border will be turned over to a 'bi-partisan' committee that has FIVE YEARS to come up with a solution to securing the border."

I don’t see the problem with the headline. Especially in light of the many other replies that indicate Rush is grilling Marco over this.
Rush was unfailingly polite as he allowed Rubio to run down his talking points. They only served to confirm what a cluster "comprehensive immigration reform" is.
