That is the magic phrase that clears any cop of killing anyone and gets many awarded and rewarded for outright murder, tapes or no tapes.

Liberals don't even want the army to have guns. Ft. Hood was a gun free zone which permitted Nadil Hasan to go on a shooting spree without challenge. FWIW, this is not a new or liberal policy.
The military has always kept tight control of weapons and ammunition. Check in and check out, etc. Goes back centuries.
