Guys, Need Help With A Photo (vanity)

I need help with a photo. Linked from The Blaze.
This was floating around on the internet and I just happened to look at it, again. The younger brother (who police are chasing) is clearly pictured leaving (the one circled). If you look at the picture closely.....I think his older brother is on the right wearing khakis and that hat. Am I wrong? My son and I think it's him. He's near a baby stroller tucked behind another woman.

That photo was on FR last night and most were saying the second brother was near the woman with the pink jacket. Difficult to tell.

No. I think the other brother is directly ahead of him. You can see his face behind MIT-sweater-guy’s head. He is minus his hat and glasses. They are both walking discretely away, the younger brother following, of course.

nope, that’s not him, the even higher rez pics were available.
that guy, and the two women beside him are all asians and probably family members.
