The country is getting too stupid for words.
Chicago is several orders of magnitude worse.
To: JoeProBono
But was it a “scary looking” assault pocket knife?

If my kid can be suspended for carrying a pocket knife in school, then the same rule should apply to this teacher. It’s a dumb rule, but it’s the rule. How about we change the stupid rule instead of making exceptions selectively?

Most school ‘administrators’ are functionally illiterate; but, they get paid just the same.

If it had two or more blades then it’s an assault knife.

I wonder how they dissect frogs these days in freshman biology, if no cutting implements can be allowed in the schools.

Well, I dunno. There are plenty of teachers / administrators that I’d not trust with pocket LINT, never mind a pocket KNIFE. The admins who suspended this guy, come immediately to mind.

NO NOT stupidty. Evil. This is just to set us up for the coming concentration camps. They have to brainwash a generation to be docile and to surrender promptly. This is intentional. It has nothing to do with “stupidity”. It is a conscious plan to insure there are no more wolves among the sheep.
It is a lot easier to fill the gulags under a socialist totalitarian tyrant if he doesn’t have to deal with a lot of people fighting back. They are grooming the sheep.
It is intentional and brilliant, not stupid at all.
KNOW YOUR ENEMY.

He has no basis and would lose. Most campuses have zero tolerance rules. If the campus rules are NO weapons, NO drugs, they can define those to be anything they want. The teacher can sue but he will lose a bunch of money and still face the suspension.
