Bacon is full of nitrites, it is healthier to eat unsmoked bacon. Trader Joes has a delicious Applewood unsmoked bacon that is a heck of a lot healthier than the regular stuff.

If you drink Scotch in the proper proportions in the evening, it keeps the bacon grease from coagulating....

I love bacon. My wife will rarely buy it. Only time I get it is when Costco is giving out samples. I just emailed her this article.
