When Obamacare’s individual mandate takes effect in 2014, all Americans who file income tax returns must complete an additional IRS tax form.
The new form will require disclosure of a taxpayer’s personal identifying health information in order to determine compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate.
As confirmed by IRS testimony to the tax-writing House Committee on Ways and Means, “taxpayers will file their tax returns reporting their health insurance coverage, and/or making a payment”.
So why will the Obama IRS require your personal identifying health information?

Same thing that happens when one resists big brother’s edicts: The club/gun comes out.
After all, the government can’t be seen as the big bag of hot air it is without the gun.
I think for my primary health insurance provider I will list “Holy Spirit United Health Lines”
and for my primary physician I will list “Jesus Christ”
If they ask for my new health care Id, I’ll just tell them it hasn’t been issued yet. I’m looking forward to getting that at the 1st annual membership banquet.
I promise I’ll send a post card.

I’m a disabled military Viet vet. I paid for my health stuff already, in a way a lot of young men and women, d’em dat’s got a backbone, are paying today, thank you very much.
