Think back to your younger days. Anything you enjoyed singing out-loud.
For me, I play Alan Parsons, Steelye Dan, Toy Matinee and Van Halen. Just make sure you turn it up real loud so no one can tell you are singing off key!

I don't know anything about a DRIVING play list. What I do know is a riding play list. As a member of the IBA, I have done several cross country motorcycle rides. My play list is heavy on Sons of the Pioneers for timeless western music. After that Waylon, (early) Willy and the boys.
That is all that is ever needed to get me from here to there.
