Changing a boy's diaper has it's risks too. Something you quickly learn.
Spraying urine all over the place in a public area is not a good idea. And then there is the feces. Definitely a health hazard.

I actually saw a woman change a baby on the table of a restaurant. Also saw a pic of two babies sitting at restaurant table on pottie chairs.
