as a scout master for a catholic sponsored troop, we are hoping the policy remains the same. not because we ban homosexuals, but sexuality should not enter into a scouts time in scouting.
a young man is going through a lot of character building and sexual behavior is not part of the program.
acts unbecoming of a scout is the reason for dismissal in youth and adult leaders.
