When I visit Arizona, I like to eat At Tortilla Flat up in the Superstition Mountains for some good chile, the Texaz Grill in Phoenix for steak, the Union Oil truck stop in Kingman for biscuits and gravy, or Joe & Aggie's Cafe in Holbrook for chiles rellenos or huevos rancheros.
In the past, I've liked Chretin's in Yuma for its Mexican cuisine, but customer reviews on Internet sites indicate that it may have gone downhill since it changed locations.
I'll bet he doesn't put bakery items, that are baked elsewhere, in his restaurants and then try to convince people he made them himself.
