He doesn’t look to be in “good condition” to me. At least not what I think of as good condition.
The poor guy was lying under a stone wall for fourteen centuries, so, yeah, in good condition. Most of the bones are there, in large part due to the dry climate (the first Egyptian mummification was due to natural dessication).
