The jury hangs on the penalty phase. Another jury will be convened in July.
More agony for Travis' family.
Jodi Arias has put them through Hell...and she's enjoying every minute of it.
I remember criminologist Jack Levin saying about five years ago that juries are reluctant to convict women of capital murder crimes. He said oftentimes, juries look to avoid giving death sentences to females. I think he said it regarding a case in New Hampshire.
I am so sick of this witch, and I switch channels every time news of this trial comes on. Why is she capturing the national attention? Enough. Hang her high and throw her in an unmarked grave.
Just announced on TV that members of the jury will hold a news conference shortly. We’ll soon find out what happened.
I think it was a single FEMALE holdout. Women can be such sniveling idiots. (I’m a girl BTW.)

Witch is the right word...Now that she can no longer torture Travis...she tortures his family. You can tell she gets off on it.
Spineless jury..rumor is there were 2 women that refused to debate the penalty, adamant against death. So, poor Alexander family has to wait months until a new jury can be brought in to decide life or death. & if they are hung as well, then judge gets to decide 25 years or life..judge can’t order death.
At least that’s my understanding of AZ law. Crazy!!

Jodi Arias should be put to death. She didn’t just kill Travis. She tortured him. Give her an E-ticket to HELL.

And now his family has to live it all again...the autopsy photos...the medical examiner’s testimony. And they have to travel from California to Arizona to attend the trial.

Exactly! that’s why everyone shocked & outraged..so much for 1 or 2 women unable to set aside their emotions. Especially after Jodi’s narcissistic slideshow & dreams of becoming a spanish teacher/greenie recylcer in jail.
