The jury hangs on the penalty phase. Another jury will be convened in July.
More agony for Travis' family.
Her mitigating factors are:
She can grow hair
She recycles
She can trace pictures
She’s good with her hands
And some idiot(s) on the jury fell for this.
My gosh...can you imagine wearing a wig made out of the hair of a murderer?

And with really grabs my a$$ is that everyone on the jury said they could render the death penalty.
Prayers for this family .Just think you should follow the law. These jurors don’t execute Jodi. The State does while the Governor has veto power of stay or execution. The juror(s) should not have been on the jury if they could not do their job and it looks like they some of them couldn’t.
People have the right to their opinions regarding the death penalty but they should also know they should be held accountable and responsible for their actions.
Just heard that out of the 4 penalty retrials in AZ, 3 out of 4 = death penalty so odds in favor of the witch burning at the stake.
Figured this would happen..when I heard yesterday that they were hung I had a feeling it was an even split..sucks that they have to go through this all over again and now Jodi can do more annoying as hell interviews..Jodi reminds me a lot of Obama, loves being on TV and wont shut her trap

“She”, if it is one juror, is going to have to live with this mistake. I hope the holdout is hounded and harassed for the rest of her life.
If it’s more than one juror who bailed, betrayed the Arias family and sold his or her soul, shame on all of them.
I lost faith in our justice system post Casey Anthony. What a travesty to put trust in 12 low information human beings, which most jurors are because they are too stupid to figure out how to get out of jury duty.

Im shocked those same jurors even found her guilty of 1st degree murder..I think the pretty factor had a huge bearing on this case..some people just refuse to put to death a pretty girl..Jodi’s soul is just pure evil, but here they see this girl, hair in a ponytail, librarian look, they refuse to fry her..I would but some wont

Travis was a trusting soul but dumb, and he went for the easy sex. He should have stayed with the tenets of his faith. They were only boyfriend/girlfriend for a couple of months! After that, she lured him with what she claimed was no strings attached sex. But, as you said, she was, in reality, a bunny boiler. She was furious that after “converting to Mormonism,” moving to Arizona, and offering every option for his sexual satisfaction, he didn’t consider her marriageable or even serious girlfriend material. She punished him. Now she needs to get her punishment and out of the spotlight permanently. I feel so very sorry for his family, who has suffered for years because of this woman. God give them strength to keep on going.
