Interesting how in Russia it is the radical muslims that actually
fear retaliation. In the West it is the opposite. For example the recent case of Swedish police doing nothing during several days of riots, yet arresting native Swedes when they try to protect their properties as well as ticketing burned out cars. On in the UK where deporting a radical imam is a highly convoluted process.
No wonder this guy left for a 'European country.' I suspect I know which one it is, but I don't want to offend a certain FReeper from that country who can get (understandably) quite defensive about his home.
