They are alleging negligence and blame the company for hiring doctor Conrad Murray — since jailed for giving Jackson a fatal sedative overdose in 2009.

“Here’s the deal ... This case was AEG’s to lose. AEG could have made it simple and just said they assumed MJ was being properly cared for by the doctor MJ handpicked. But AEG has gotten a little too cute, painting a picture that the jury may not be buying.
Short story ... Propofol aside, if the jury believes AEG unreasonably pushed MJ like a circus animal, they could be in beaucoup trouble.

They will let any testimony in because momma is mad she lost her cash cow and she has to get money somehow.
Where was momma when her child lost his sanity. Her son was an addict and she didn’t lift a finger while that tortured soul was alive. She doesn’t deserve a dime.

Your post doesn’t match the story. The testimony that the Judge allowed in is not in favor of his mother..hence the objections by her attorney.
I was talking about the fact that this family is suing at all. The kid died of an overdose. He was an addict and nobody can change that.

MJ needs to come back and tell his daughter to lay off the drugs and quit cutting herself. Enough of her nonsense and cravings for attention. Compared to most teens her age, she has nothing to be depressed about. She has a boatload of money to hire the best therapists and, despite them all being wacky, she does have family. Hire an agent to get her some gigs to shave some of those attention cravings.
Jackson was not mentally deficient or under 18 years old, so I would venture to guess that Jackson was responsible for Jackson. If he didn’t like the doctor or didn’t trust him, he could have fired the doctor. Jackson family just looking for a legal lotto award.

It’s odd what Lionel Ritchie’s ex said. Michael was talking to me yesterday and asked if I would request a little umbrella from the bartender for his Sloe Gin Fizz. He went on to say that he was going to sponsor as many Scout troops as he could get to camp out in his bedroom as long as each had a gay ScoutMaster.
