Isn’t that the truth? But, they make up for it with the best doggone personalities in the canine world.
I used to know a lady who collected the combings from her 3 Keeshonden. She would spin it into yarn and would knit sweaters out of it.
And Kudos to everyone for spelling the breed correctly! There’s no “u” in Keeshond, even if they do look like the Norwegian Elkhound.
