I got take out at Steak and Shake last week. Young Afram handed me a bag. I smiled and asked, “Guacamole Burger? Thanks man!” He stared at me with dead eyes. There were rays of hate emanating from him. I wanted to reach across the counter and play the “Knockout Game” on him! The hatred was palpable! As I’m outgoing, and friendly to everyone, he really pissed me off. I chat with checkout people, etc., just trying to get them to smile. Always figured it would give them a pleasant break in a monotonous day. Not this “kid.”
Perhaps we’ll be surprised by a calm response. Maybe the USA isn’t as bad as we fear it is.

The Extortion of the owners of the property where the Event occurred was an out-of-Court Settlement becaue the Owners didn't want to go to some Circus Trial/Litigation Lotto event, and made the business decision to just pay the Demands.
Without that Settlement, baby "Crayon's" parents could not have afforded the Lawyers they will need to go Suing anyone with Deep Pockets that they can, AFTER the Zimmerman Circus is over.
I'm surprised that a father is even in the picture, as the vast majority of black babies have no fathers in the home at all, or even idendified.
Considering baby Crayon's lifetime earning potential can easily be determined by EBT, Welfare, Food Stamps, Medicaid, etc. saving to Taxpayers, he would be a "Net Zero or less lifetime earning potential" for purposes of figuring the cost of a Wrongful Death. As far as Riots go, those who will riot should have all their Government Benefits confiscated to pay for any damages.....you can't take it out of their Income; they have none but Taxpayers as a source of income, anyway.
Please clear something up for me. As I understand it, the only Charge against GZ is Second Degree Murder.
Now, if that is the case, what would prevent the AG from filing a Manslaughter Charge against him forcing another Trial if GZ is found Not Guilty of Second Degree Murder?

The judge can instruct the jury to consider lesser charges. This may or may not happen.

After witnessing the Prosecution case, my best bet is that the Judge will instruct the Jury on deliberating Littering Charges.
