Mikey is so uninformed he thinks the fact that the gun Zimmerman was using had a round in the chamber and has no safety (the Keltec 9mm is DAO, just like the Glocks used by countless police forces) proves he was planning on killing somebody.
Police don't carry with an empty chamber. You can't engage the safety on a gun that requires no safety.
