If all else fails, maybe they can convict Zimmerman on parking his vehicle in a restricted zone.
If that doesnt work, maybe they can get him for walking on the grass. [Was there a do not walk on grass sign?]
They are DESPERATE.

PING!
Nah, he will get 15 years at least for jaywalking with a gun!
Ah, I forgot the enhancer...you are correct.
10 years more. Poor George!
:-)
you’re forgetting jaywalking while armed, make that a $100 fine for jaywalking and a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years for being armed while in the commission of a public nuisance.
What goes around comes around.
I used to commute on the Pennsy Turnpike, and in a stop at Valley Forge Plaza, a vending machine ripped me off. I just kept a stiff upper lip and did not even report it. Nearly a year later, I made a selection and put in more than the stated price. When the machine shelled out my change, it kept on going....cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching. I just scooped up the change, and didn’t report THAT either. Fair’s fair.
Oh, and BTW, Swipage is Imminent!!! :D
Mopery with intent to creep. G. Gorden/s
Jaywalking in Florida, probably not. I think they will go for a felonious parking violation. Possession of a gun while double parking enhances the sentence permitted to 25 years.
Prosecution summation boils down to, “Please, yall, convict him of something, anything! Don’t make me look officially silly!”
New charges of “dancing with a mailman” have been added.
Also, he failed to obtain an environmental impact statement and the required EPA permit before bleeding on the ground. He probably polluted the groundwater.
I believe there is a littering charge too... whice the coroner had to come and clean up.
