Late Breaking Zimmerman Trial News

Many of you may not know of the recent turn of events that occurred after the trial today.

It is not widely reported at this point but the prosecution may have hit upon a face saving charge they believe they can prove. It’s beginning to look like the jaywalking charges may stick. The allegation is that when Zimmerman left his car he failed to cross the street at the prescribed pedestrian crossing placed there for his safety. There is a rumor, not widely distributed I should add, that the prosecution has an eyewitness that is willing to testify to the fact that Zimmerman was jay walking. There is even talk of a video but since the eyewitness is neither Hispanic nor Black, the testimony itself may be creditable enough.

• vandalism for uprooting the grass during the altercation

Apparently an “ear” witness could hear the grass as Zimmerman walked on it. It sounded “wet” and could be heard on the receiving end of a cell phone. Apparently the “ear” witness thinks the whole thing “is retarded sir.”

Not possible. Another fail by the prosecution.

The streets in Zimmerman's gated community are considered to be private property, not city streets. The police do not routinely patrol, and only enter when called. Normal traffic laws would not apply.

The best one could hope for is a fine by the HOA, which in Florida, might be even scarier than this court!
