I have a little boy I adopted that has cerebral palsy — I have no choice but to live longer and healthier...when I started looking at the grocer store - reading labels...I was like WOW- chemical warfare against the US public...I did it for me and him...and I feel soooo much better...and groceries actually cost less - because I eat less - but it’s all nutrient! It’s really the way to go....I’m not liberal either...highly conservative - and I want to conserve my health!
Yep. Monsanto is a demon from hell. And after giving up meat, dairy , eggs and even alcohol (and I LOVED me the hooch!), you know what the hardest thing to give up was? Diet soda, believe it or not. Everything else was easy, but I kept going back to that crap like a heroin addict. Truly toxic stuff. Finally off it after decades. Can't believe it didn't kill me.
BTW, the problem I have with "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" is that juicing is like drinking pure sugar. Blending is the way to go. Blending keeps the "whole" food in tact. Check out the Engine 2 plan. That's my guideline.
