This would be a moral victory for GZ (and a much needed monetary one) but I think he’ll have to prove intent -which may be hard. Hope he pulls it off. ‘

“This would be a moral victory for GZ “

This would be a moral victory for America if these Marxist media thugs could be slapped hard in the face, and loose millions.
It would be especially sweet to see the Commie News Network and PMSNBC get the blunt of it.

Intent hard to prove?? Me thinks not. There was no reason to edit it.

The standard of proof is "the preponderance of the evidence," not reasonable doubt. What possible reason could NBC have had for that edit if not to create a narrative of racism?

Besides, it will never get to trial, because NBC will settle.

No, actually, reckless disregard for the truth is enough.

The “intent” was profit and TV ratings, so I am not sure NBC can do much on that front anyway.

Proving “Malice” is only required for public officials or public figures in libel and slander cases. Zimmerman was NOT a “public figure” until the dishonest media, and Obama, made him “public”.

So they unintentionally edited out the dispatcher asking him the race of the subject?
