Group says Catholics have more enjoyable sex, more often.
Group says Catholics have more enjoyable sex, more often.
Devout, married Catholics have the best sex of any demographic group, the Family Research Council said at an event Wednesday, pointing to a collection of studies from the last several decades.
The socially conservative Christian group relied heavily on statistics from the University of Chicago's last National Health and Social Life Survey, conducted in 1992, which found the most enjoyable and most frequent sex occurring among married people, those who attended church weekly any church, whether Catholic or not and people who had the least sexual partners.
"Those who worship God weekly have the best sex," said Patrick Fagan, a senior fellow at the Family Research Council and a former George H.W. Bush official, in a talk hosted with the Center for the Advancement of Catholic Higher Education Wednesday. "I want to see this on the cover of Playboy sometime."

Happy wife, happy life. When a woman feels secure in the relationship and that the man considers the relationship a sacrament, hey...
The dastardly fiends.
I remember an interview of Roger Staubach after he was mvp of the super bowl. He said he liked sex just as much as Joe Namath but he had just one girl, his wife.
I read that wrong the first time.
This Baptist disagrees with the conclusions of this study. So does my wife!! :-)
Oh, that’s nonsense. If they read FR, they would know that no married man ever has sex with his wife.
Well at least Joe Namath was not a fag.
Also the mvp of the first two super bowls, Bart Starr always credited his wife Cherry for a lot of his success. Bart also taught Sunday School.
is that an Amen? ;)
;o)
Now that funny ROFL
Fixed.
Well, Bill Clinton basically inspired the creation of this site, so I guess that explains it.
So by extension, then, Priests would have the best sex of all?
Devout Catholics Have Better Sex, Study SaysOnly if they have good rhythm.
Something about making it all forbidden and stuff ...
When you know you can only do it certain times of the month so as to comply with the rhythm method, you tend to really appreciate and look forward to it more.
Never understood all the free sex all the time any time thing that birth control seems to promise ....would think that would get old really fast.
How do they know this? I am a married Catholic, and I would agree with the findings, but how do they know?
Read further down in the article. It says married couples. Also any priest having sex with anyone shouldn’t be considered a DEVOUT Catholic.
Reminds me of this... A man and his young son are in the chemists when the son sees a shelf full of condoms and asks his father what they are. Unsure of what to say, the dad decides - as alast resort - to tell the truth; “Well son, those are condoms. They’re for protection when you’re having sex.”
The son then picks up one of the packs and asks why it has three in it.
The dad replies, “Those are for bachelors. One for Friday, one for Saturday, and one for Sunday.”
The son then picks up one with six condoms asks, “Why six?”
The dad replies, “Well son, those are for university students. Two for Friday, two for Saturday and two for Sunday.”
The son then notices the pack of 12 condoms and asks the same question.
The dad replies, “Those ones are for married men.....
.....One for January, one for February, one for March....”
