I'm thinkin' that the guy who was harassing her previously, was allowed in through the back entrance. He is the guy who kidnapped her with the help of an accomplice entering past the CCTV in the front of the store.

Altercation near back of store could be someone entering or allowed in through the back and that guy wouldn't be on CCTV front entrance.
