Sarah Palin On Fox News: 'I Was Forbidden From Telling The Truth About Obama In 2008.'
Obama Release Your Records ^ | July 26, 2013 | Sarah Palin

Posted on 07/26/2013 6:57:45 PM PDT by Cold Case Posse Supporter

Former Governor Sarah Palin in an exclusive interview that will air tonight on Greta Van Susteren state she was forbidden to bring up anything negative about Barack Obama on the campaign trail back in 2008. She states that the GOP elite interfered with the McCain camp and prevented them, especially her to not talk about Jeremia Wright, Bill Ayers and most likely Obama's eligibility problem and shady past. Sarah Palin has had the reputation of being a viscous campaigner who went for the jugular when attacking her political opponent. She went up against two well seasoned professional politicians by the name of Alaska ex-Governor Frank Murkowski and incumbent Governor Toney Knowles. She beat them both for the governorship becoming the 14th person in our nations history to unseat a incumbent governor. It's a shame that John McCain wilted under pressure from Karl Rove and other GOP elite. We wouldn't be going through this constitutional crisis today. The interview with Greta comes on tonight at 10pm eastern on Fox News.

McCain was never eligible, foreign born in Panama, but the propaganda press ministry of hacks who noted as such quickly folded after the corrupt Congress passed the toilet paper known as Resolution 511, fully backed by Zero and Hillary, so that clown jester McCain could be on the ballot. Palin makes no mention of it. Of course, these are the same ruling class elites who defend the Constitution on one front but ignore it like Ted Cruz (born in Canada) who says he’s eligible to run for Pres but fails to mention natural born citizenship requirement of birth on U.S. soil, which most Americans learn in junior high civics. Power trumps all.

Leave Palin out of your rant.

While I agree in part with your criticism of McCain, Palin is fine and upstanding at this point.

Palin is part of the fix. Not part of the problem.

Ha ha

Palin is great, however if one chooses to nod their head like a good puppet when told to by a campaign, handlers, advisors, etc, it could be construed by some as cowardice. How about speaking the truth. Of course conservative radio wouldn’t touch certain matters either. And she chose to not expose McCain’s ineligibility. That is part of the problem.

Well we shall see, in another two years.

Right now Palin is still on hold. She chose NOT to run last time around.

NOT to run. Palin chose to withdraw, and gave the nomination I believe (partly due to the age of her children) to basically ... Romney.

In effect, giving the Whitehouse to Obama.

That has been a tragic move, but I can also see why she did that. I think Romney had to lose. Romney and McCain have both been sell-outs.

We lost and we lost because we nominated sell-outs.

We have suffered the results of that now, for 5 (going on 8) very very long years.

But in the meantime, we should fix our own side.

It is important we bring back American strength, and American businesses.

China is now becoming a global player.

China has FIVE TIMES American’s population.

While we are worried about what is happening here, we should in my opinion stop giving away America’s strength to a country which still refers to itself as:

“The People’s Republic of”...

We have lost all sight of what is truly right and wrong.

Bring back American companies, and start getting ready for the race of a lifetime next go around.

This is for all the marbles.

Bring back American greatness.

Now.

She had her redneck list to compete with Rove’s chalk board list. I’d rather have Paln’s list any day. Rove is the worst compaign adiviser in history and a curse on America.

Her children, yes.

But I'm also not sure it wasn't a shrewd move politically.

An incumbent President is difficult to beat - AT BEST.

With the massive support of the mainstream media? Almost impossible.

In retrospect, Palin probably did not stand a chance against an incumbent Obama. Running for President may well have been a futile exercise that would've ended her chances for the future.

Romney was also "in line" for the next chance at President.

So by sitting out, what has Sarah done?

2016: There's NO incumbent President, opening the field, AND... NO heir apparent for the Republican Party.

NONE. Romney has proven to be a loser; he will not get another chance.

Plus, in 2012, things were not yet screwed up enough for a revolution.

By 2016, things will be so screwed up the people will be clamoring for real change.

2016.

“Color me suspicious over Palin’s claims here. I just don't picture her as someone that can be restrained from telling the truth”

I can, in 2008 she was political novice I think that she was overwhelmed by it all. Despite her instincts to the contrary she bit her tongue. Fast foreword 5 years, she has learned well about all the snakes and their ways in both Parties.

oh good grief!

That's exactly what I said when I watched Mitt Romney follow the same plan as McCain.

Both of them followed the "Don't speak the truth about Obama" and move to the left Plan and predictably lost.

It is not about the MSM hating anyone. The MSM is a propaganda operation, effectively under the control of liberals. Period.

I agree with a lot of what you said, but not the above. First, they really do hate us. Second, it's an important issue.

When I was young there were few women working for newspapers - and most were assigned to 'home' or 'women's' sections. They were often young and expected to 'step down' when they married... hopefully to some reporter who didn't have a lot of time to go a courting...

With blacks it was worse - some newspapers didn't have any on staff - others would hire one and that person would cover 'negro' news. The system was insulting to everyone except white men...(that pendulum might have swung too far but that's another reply)

When newspapers were forced to change because of public pressure, they did change.

They can change again.

Newspapers are going to have to do the same - this time they need to hire conservatives. Let's hold their feet to the fire. Demand to know HOW MANY conservatives work in their newsroom and what are their jobs...and why not - and what percentage of readers are conservative etc etc... I've sung 'we shall overcome' before - and for this I'd sing it again.

The GOP seems to be positioning Governor Chris Christie as their nominee. Notice the anti-Rand Paul waves he just stirred up? This is just what the elite GOP wants.

Sen. Rand Paul is “Redneck America’s” choice. Sen. Ted Cruz is another one. The GOPe have to knock off Paul and Cruz to get their man in the running.

In 201, way after she was out from under any restrictions placed on Governor Palin by the Mc Cain campaign, she called the eligibility movement “distracting” and birthers “annoying.”

The Natural Born Citizen issue could be mentioned by Sarah but I think she chooses to put it on the back burner. The legal issues are a quagmire which she does not want to get into. I think she is thinking it would be better to let the legal eagles take up the matter. Maybe in my lifetime the Supreme Court will settle it. A conservative Supreme Court would help get it right.

Ted Cruz, an absolute RESOUNDING Yes!

Rand Paul, on the other hand, with his Pro-Amnesty stance should never get close to being POTUS.

Add in Rand Paul's support of GOP-E Mitch McConnell against his Tea-Party opposition candidate, and his dithering concerning drones in the US, and you have a Senator that is more GOP-E than he is Tea-Party.

And by the way, I detest Chris Christie.

Thanks for the information about Rand Paul. I hope the Lefties bring on their Birther effort against Senator Ted Cruz. Let them push the issue all the way to the Supreme Court and waste their union money.

When I saw Senator Ted Cruz speak at CPAC, I saw a modern day version of Lincoln. When he and Paul were called by the GOPe (McCain) “wacko birds,” I thought is was the result of them having drones on the brain. It was Rand Paul that filibustered the domestic use of drones and that was a brave thing to do. He should be proud to be a wacko bird.

And when Senator Ted Cruz said, that “the main stream media is absolutely convinced that women cannot be conservative. And if they are, they especially cannot shoot big guns and shoot grizzly bears and moose. Let me tell you that is why Governor Sarah Palin drives the main stream media bat crap crazy!”—I said, “Senator Ted Cruz speaks our language.”

Then when Senator Ted Cruz said, “I would not be in the Senate today if it weren’t for Sarah Palin . . . She is fearless, she is principled, she is courageous . . .” I knew he was one of the believers in the conservative movement. I can hardly wait for Senator Cruz to announce his intention to run for President.
