Oh, I totally know what you mean.

I remember going into Detroit right after Coleman Young was elected and there was such a feeling of being watched. Of the Mafia looking to see every move.

It was an oppressive environment. Remember all the debate over that fist? It was quite obvious what Coleman was trying to tell us.

I have seen it play out here as well, in North Carolina. I worked on election day at a Black, AME church in the Raleigh area. Totally out of my zone. BUT I wanted to see what was going on.

IT literally made me cry. The fraud. The organized oppression of blacks. There is a Democratic machine that keeps these people stupid, hungry and willing to commit voter fraud. The back stabbing, the lying, the manipulations. They mock and attack each other. They are afraid of each other. They are worried the “important machine people are going to see them step out of line.”

These people are not free.

You have to see it. AND it is organized through the church, the place where people should feel free and feel peace.

I am not kidding. After seeing it for myself, I cried in despair for them.
