Open another window, and look at FR in your second window.
This will allow you to see whether your first page "took" or whether you'll need to re-post.
Just keep the first window untouched, and open a separate window to check the post.
If it's there, then you don't re-post.
If it's not there, then post.
Simple.

Open another window, and look at FR in your second window. Yes, that would work. Or you could just open the Reply page in a new Tab, hit Post, then click back on the thread Tab and refresh.
