Growing up my mother insisted on buying only "all beef" Bologna because she was convinced it was waay better than regular bologna.
My grandfather explained to her the only difference between "all beef" bologna and regular bologna was that when making the "all beef" type they only used the floor scrapings from the cattle butchering room instead of all of the other various butchering room floor scrapings.
