Geeze, he could have fooled me! Sounded pretty bellicose and warlike.

Correct, Mr. Kerry.
Helping al Qaeda as its AIR FORCE is treason, not war.

So what does he do if Assad calls his bluff and Syria declares war on America following a cruise missile strike?

Lurch claimed the Hussein admin is not asking congress to authorize war (he used his fingers to make quotation marks).

If Russia bombed an American city, would we as Americans not consider that an act of war?

Of course we would.

Lurch is a fraud.

Heard someone, I don’t think a conservative, on TV ask: “If Syria were to send missiles to attack Washington would America consider it to be an act of war?

Something really smells about all of this war talk. Why are the Big Shot Republicans siding with Bama? They are being used.

Kerry can’t be that dumb. Authorization to attack a sovereign country is an act of war. Also there is no such thing as a limited strike. In for a penny in for a pound.

Let’s have Kerry demonstrate how he can walk into a biker bar, punch someone that is acting out of line, yet not start a fight.

They are being used.

For about 5 years now.

As someone pointed out on the radio this AM - Congress should vote no or merely present on any resolution regarding attacking Syria.

First, it is a civil war. We have no interest there.

Second, neither side is friendly to us.

Third, obama isn't really looking for consensus, isn't exhibiting any kind of leadership (other than poor leadership). All he is looking for from Congress is someone to help spread the blame on when this inevitably goes wrong.

In short, it is obama's problem, let him take the heat for it. We don't need to add to the death and destruction over there. We don't need to risk our personnel. We don't need to risk our allies. Not our fight, not by a long shot. As they said in the movie "Wargames" - the only winning move is not to play. (in this one anyway)

When will Republicans wake up? They fall for tricks and treats. The media will make fools of them. At least Rand Paul has the guts to speak up against the machine.
