That’s a big reason why Terrelle Pryor is a starter (what a complete joke), and Tim Tebow is unemployed. Tell me Pryor is a better QB, with a straight face.

We're talking about the team who made Jamelephant Russell the first pick, first round. I've given up trying to understand why the Oakland Raiders do anything. I'm just glad that bone-headed decisions do seem to be their norm.

I’ve always found Tebow to be annoying, but he is being black-balled by the NFL. His outspoken religiosity is one reason, and the fact that he doesn’t “look” like an “athletic” QB is the other. He isn’t a great NFL prospect by any stretch, but he’s better than a lot of the losers and retreads holding clipboards.

Some maybe, but not a lot. He just isn't very good at the position. Consensus is that he's third string at best, and nobody is going to invest a lot of money or put up with the overhead of Tebow at third string.

The Raiders exist to bring balance to the AFC. If not for them, the weight of the stupidity of the Jets would cause the continent to tip over. That’s my theory.

Exactly. The fact that the Patriots, used to dealing with media nonsense, didn’t even think he was worth keeping around tells us a lot about his actual abilities.

If he was willing to move to a position better suited to his skills, that’d be one thing. But third string QBs don’t get to make a whole lot of demands.
