I’m somewhat encouraged
To see unexpected change-

I’m recharging from screwing up my back-my fault-and an attack of a strange flu-like virus that has happened every 5-6 years or so in either September or February-I’m down for the count for several days, yet no one around me is affected-not even my kid was when she was a toddler and I had an episode of it.
This started 5 years after I had a terrible case of Hong King flu when I was in college-there was literally an epidemic of it there. I’ve no idea what it is, but I suspect it may be triggered by excess stress-like an injury. It is nasty enough that giving up sounds almost sensible when it is full on-one or two days. After a couple of days of near-total rest and little or no food, plenty of water and juice, I get better...
I’m much better today and staying low until tomorrow, after I’ve eaten and had some more rest-that will help get rid of the back problem and the mystery virus so I can be back in action...
Hope you get better soon. I started getting chills last night and stayed home today to rest.
That was good. Especially the ending with the orher anchor.

Oy. Sorry guys! We had a cold go thru the house the last few days away, ending with me and boy 2 after we got home.
