Did the system identify a tire as bad, or did you just check them all?

You really have no idea how to check tire pressure? I thought all Pittsburgh dads gave lessons on changing flat tires and such before teaching their kids how to drive.

That’s odd; I had always thought that ‘portend’ occurred when one ran out of after-dinner wine.

Have you seen this video yet? It came from a Norwegian TV show and has gone viral. It’s funny and catchy.

The band from Ohio U did their version of this song and dance last weekend at halftime.

the system just said low tire pressure and that exclamation point came on. it didn’t indicate which. toyotas do, but this is a ford edge. the kid checked them all for me. i have never attached an airhose to a tire, i have no idea how to do it, and i guess my Pgh dad fell down on the job. I do have tripleA and would have called them had it gone totally flat.

And, of course, 'portent' is one with a leak when it rains.

It is a rental car. So there’s that. If it gets a flat, call the rental company and have them bring you a new car.

The possible success of this stupid strategy with Syria portends repeating the same stupid strategy with Iran.

that’s true, good point. the sweet kid was saying oh they shouldn’t charge you etc. thinking i was worried that i was going to be charged for it, and i said, oh no, i am not worried about the rental car place, i will tell them off for giving me a POS car! LOL! my only concern was being left with a flat when i leave work.

Obama was very “self-importent”, in that he actually did tell us what he had planned for America ...

She was trying to sell you the $5.95 per day Collision Damage Waiver that prevents you from having to file on your insurance to cover any damage to the car that might happen while you are driving it.

Two sticks and a tarp make a really portent.

;-P

The anger in every segment of the population - anger at the confiscation of their livelihood by the employed; anger in the destruction of their job by the unemployed; and anger at the “stinginess” of the taxpayers by the welfare class - portends the destruction of a once-great society.

World War Z will be fought over welfare.

Foreign policy based on the tweet of a comedian is not a good plan, especially when promulgated by horse face Kerry
