“Layed Back” has been his schtick forever, why let it bother you now? I don’t like the way he sticks hi finger into the political wind and changes his views so as to appeal to different sides.

Did you ever see Bill Buckley on Firing Line? He would slouch at a 60 degree angle, eyes have shut (sometimes flaring for punctuation), cheek leaning on palm of left hand, and little effort to speak clearly. The brain was firing, but the rest of him usually wasn't.

Does that bring back memories!! And yes, that was one of Buckley's favorite postures. But it was like a jungle cat waiting to spring on its victim. Many times he'd come out of that slouch with his eyes gleaming to ask his prey uh guest (many times a clueless liberal) a question the guest would find very difficult to answer.
