This is concerning the fraud case of the EPA employee who said he was working for the CIA (a lie) and began missing work days. He also stole $900k in travel and pay fraud.
TOPICS: Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS: congress; epa; fraud
I was watching this yesterday and it continues today. There was discussion of a law passed in 2008 which required, for example, the EPA director to meet with the CIA director if they were planning to "share" an employee. It is required. So Issa asked, specifically, if the State Department was going to share an employee with the CIA, would the heads of each have to meet, discuss and agree. The answer for the Inspector General was "yes they would". Very interesting.

Rick Perry was right. It’s time to end the EPA.
