As the US government shutdown enters its ninth day the closure is threatening to leave Americas craft brewers nursing a serious hangover. While stores across the country will continue to stock a range of beers and ales on their shelves, the shutdown has closed an obscure agency, which quietly approves new breweries, recipes and labels.
Its closure could halt the rapidly growing craft industry in its tracks, creating huge delays for customers who expect a constant supply of inventive and seasonal beers.

Yes, and even if the one brewer is just DELAYED by a few weeks... All these doom-and-gloom reports about the shutdown are written from the perspective that these inconveniences are permanent, just adding to the hysteria.

So they craft a law which must be obeyed then at their discretion shut down the agency which was to monitor this law so therefore We The People must stop what we are doing!
I am still waiting for these communist scum in Washington to figure out they can shut down every federal highway.
